About the Area

Skudeneshavn Primary School si unique in the way that there is a lot of outdoor space around the school. A lot of hide-and-seek is played by the children because of the good areas for this activity. These hide-and-seek areas must be kept intact. The trees shall not be used to hang ropes in. The wood around the school is its' most important resource and one must be careful not to damage the trees. Some branches may be cut down to create some more open spaces. The branches should also be trimmed so they look more inviting for the children to climb in. There shall be no unnecessary intrusion into the nature, all activities must happen as part of the nature.
